As a billing administrator at Gallup, you’ll play a pivotal role in upholding the operational excellence that fuels our mission. Your team and the organization will depend on your ability to manage billing processes with speed, precision and professionalism.
In this role, you’ll handle invoicing and account updates for our clients, ensuring deadlines are met and data accuracy is never compromised. You’ll monitor and reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with trusted partners across the globe.

What You’ll Do
- Create, review and process client invoices and credit memos in accordance with contractual terms and internal policies
- Reconcile and verify billing data, identifying and correcting discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage account updates and maintain accurate client financial records in Gallup systems
- Partner with internal teams across finance, consulting and operations to resolve billing questions and support collections efforts
- Monitor billing timelines to meet monthly and quarterly closing deadlines
- Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce risk and enhance client satisfaction
- Proactively communicate changes and updates to internal stakeholders and clients
- Adapt to software and process enhancements that meet evolving customer need

What You Need
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Excel required
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office at least three days a week required
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

We also offer an estimated hourly range of $24-$26.50 for this role. Hourly pay is based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
