Business Development Consultant — Bilingual Thai and English

As a business development consultant at Gallup, you’ll build the foundation of a long-term business development career by supporting experienced workplace advisory consultants and learning how we grow, serve and retain clients from first conversation through delivery and beyond.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role designed for someone who is eager to learn how business development works — not just sales, but discovery, solution design, contracting, implementation and long-term relationship building. You’ll start by supporting business development activities and client work, gradually growing into greater ownership as your expertise, confidence and impact increase.

What You’ll Do
- Support business development activities, including managing CRM data, completing contracting processes, supporting survey implementation, and accompanying consultants on client engagements to observe and support stakeholder interviews
- Support smaller client opportunities and early-stage leads, building confidence in client communication and consultative selling
- Contribute to proposal development, presentations and meeting preparation, and participate in prospect and client meetings alongside senior consultants
- Complete basic research and analysis to support less complex client presentations and deliverables
- Build deep knowledge of Gallup’s workplace advisory offerings, learning solutions and Gallup Access platform through hands-on exposure and mentorship
- Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives, including client events, webinars, roundtables and conferences
- Stay current on Gallup research and insights and support consultants in communicating relevant findings to clients
- Over time, grow into leading discovery, qualification and client conversations, expanding relationships and increasing ownership of opportunities

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least two years of client-facing professional experience in medium to large organizations required, preferably in business development, professional services, consulting, HR, learning and development, or similar fields
- Experience supporting or contributing to business development activities or client engagements required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel required
- Ability to travel as needed for business development activities required
- Full native fluency in Thai and strong proficiency in English required
- Experience using AI to enhance productivity, content development or sales activities preferred
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Bangkok office at least three days per week required
- Eligibility to work in Thailand required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
