What You’ll Do
As an associate consultant, you will partner with senior advisers to:
- Become proficient in Gallup’s offerings and services
- Use consulting frameworks to discover client needs
- Analyse data to uncover insights and deliver results-driven recommendations
- Manage detailed change initiatives and produce high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate to develop, present and facilitate executive sessions
- Learn how to design lasting solutions that foster growth and impact
- Influence decision-making by building deep client relationships
- Support business leaders in the pursuit of new opportunities
- Grow into achieving your own consultative sales goals, with key metrics including bookings, revenue and client impact

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least one year of experience in project management, client management, business development, fundraising or recruitment, and/or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work required
- Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities or professional work required
- Experience using AI for research, analysis or content development preferred
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Sydney office at least four days a week required
- Eligibility to work in Australia required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
