Loan Officer
Help members make confident financial decisions while building a career grounded in learning, ownership and service.
As a loan officer at Gallup Federal Credit Union, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the financial wellbeing of Gallup associates and their families. This is not a traditional loan officer role focused on volume or sales. Instead, it’s an opportunity to learn, own and continually improve the lending experience, from first conversation through closing and beyond, while delivering exceptional member service every step of the way.
Your willingness to learn, passion for lending, commitment to accuracy, and ability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully with members and teammates will be critical to your success in this role. With coaching, hands-on training and growing responsibility, you’ll develop deep expertise and build your career in an organization known for trust and integrity.
If you’re ready to make a difference supporting Gallup associates with some of their most important life decisions, apply today.
What You’ll Do

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and member experience within loan processes
