Talent Analyst Intern

As a talent analyst intern at Gallup, you’ll play a critical role in helping organizations hire the right people for the right roles. Using Gallup’s science-based selection methodology, you’ll conduct structured interviews, listen for talent patterns and translate what you hear into clear, objective insights that guide hiring decisions. What You’ll Do
- Conduct structured, over-the-phone interviews with candidates across roles and industries
- Analyze and code interview responses using Gallup’s validated selection frameworks
- Deliver clear, accurate interview results to support client hiring decisions
- Assist with interview scheduling and coordination when not conducting interviews
- Collaborate closely with fellow talent analysts and scheduling partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Continuously build expertise in Gallup’s talent science through training, feedback and practice

What You Need
- Enrollment in an undergraduate program at a college or university within a 75-mile radius of Omaha, Nebraska, required
- Anticipated graduation by spring 2028 required
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in psychology, business, management, entrepreneurship or a related field required
- Availability to work at least 15 hours per week, including consistent shifts on Fridays, weekends and after 4 p.m. required
- Ability to work independently in a quiet, confidential environment when conducting interviews upon completion of training required; working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office preferred
- Curiosity for driving process improvement using AI is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian or Polish is a plus
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

Gallup offers several benefits for part-time associates, including a fully vested 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching, an employee stock ownership program and an employee assistance program. We also offer an estimated hourly range of $20-$30 for this role. Hourly pay is based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
