Survey Research Project Coordinator — Global

As a survey research project coordinator at Gallup, you’ll help us deliver the perfect research and consulting solutions to our customers. Working at one of the most respected research organizations in the world, you will support day-to-day data collection with our in-country partners across the globe. Whether you’re working with vendors or communicating with internal partners, you’ll excel as you build strong relationships and collaborate to complete timely, high-quality work.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate all aspects of the survey data collection process
- Document all steps of the process clearly and accurately
- Ensure quality at each step in the process, monitoring and reviewing carefully to identify challenges in survey design, data collection and data quality
- Communicate clearly and frequently to share updates, provide direction, and align stakeholders and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams and data collection vendors across multiple countries

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred
- At least two years of experience in survey research or a related multi-country project management role required
- Mastery of Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word required
- Proficiency with statistical and data management software such as R or Python required
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Washington, D.C., office at least three days per week required
- Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $65,000-$75,000 for this role based on an individual’s education and experience.
