What You’ll Do

• Conduct consultations and needs assessments to get a deep understanding of client challenges
• Diagnose business needs and design customized solutions, initially alongside experienced Gallup associates
• Manage complex projects from start to finish, including directing and managing timelines, leading research, and managing scope and budgets
• Play a key role in strategizing research with your clients and conducting qualitative and quantitative assessments
• Analyze organizational and survey data to generate actionable insights that link people metrics to business outcomes
• Lead client engagements by presenting findings, advising senior leaders and influencing decisions that improve performance and culture
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow client accounts by spotting business needs, expanding scope and driving revenue growth of the account
• Continually learn about Gallup’s offerings, services and research and communicate relevant insights, recommendations and practical advice to your clients
• Provide reliable, timely support to strengthen client relationships
• Manage the financial resources of your projects

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, psychology, engineering, mathematics or a related field; master’s degree preferred
• Full fluency in English required
• At least four years of paid professional work experience in stakeholder relations, complex project management, workplace consulting or similar experience required
• At least one year of account management or customer management experience required
• A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Bangkok office at least three days per week required
• Eligibility to work in Thailand required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
