What You’ll Do
- Manage calendars, submit expense reports, coordinate scheduling for leaders and team members, manage inventory, and complete other administrative requests as needed
- Orchestrate and execute project tasks for internal partners, including updating presentations and documents
- Print, organize and quality-check translations for course materials and ensure timely shipment to participants
- Coordinate client and guest experiences by ordering food, working with caterers and service providers, and ensuring meetings and events are properly set up and cleaned up
- Continuously evaluate and improve workflows, building efficiencies that maximize time, reduce friction and elevate service
- Leave a lasting positive impression on everyone you encounter with your natural warmth and hospitality — on the phone, at Gallup courses and during events

What You Need
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least two years of experience in administrative support, office management or operations coordination required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality required
- Experience using AI tools to enhance communication, productivity and workflows preferred
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office four days per week required
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

We also offer an estimated hourly range of $28-$34 for this role. Hourly pay is based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
