  • Enable personalization at scale through dynamic content optimization, send-time optimization, and cross-channel orchestration.
  • Drive SEM innovation by operationalizing ML-based bidding, keyword optimization, and creative testing strategies.
  • Lead adoption of advanced automation capabilities across ad platforms including Google, Meta, and programmatic systems.
  • Partner with Engineering and Analytics to ensure the right data infrastructure, pipelines, and experimentation frameworks are in place to support automation.
  • Own the roadmap for ML and marketing automation, aligning it with company growth goals and marketing priorities.
  • Serve as the primary bridge between marketing stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions are business-relevant and measurable.
  • Champion best practices in experimentation, incrementality measurement, and performance monitoring for ML models.

Key Competencies

  • Deep understanding of applied machine learning and its application in real-world marketing scenarios.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
  • Strong program and project management skills; able to lead end-to-end initiatives and deliver results.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building new capabilities from the ground up.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of experimentation, testing, and measurement methodologies.
  • Passion for building smarter, more relevant customer experiences through data and technology.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in data science, marketing technology, or performance marketing roles.
  • 2+ years in a lead or strategic capacity, managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven success deploying ML or automation in CRM, paid media, or personalization use cases.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic) and CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, campaign structure, and customer lifecycle strategy.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Google Ads Experiments) and causal inference methods.
  • Familiarity with app-based attribution, SKAN, and incrementality measurement.
  • Background in ticketing, marketplaces, e-commerce, or other high-frequency transactional industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing cloud technologies, data infrastructure, or feature store design.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
