The Role

The Image Intelligence Lead is responsible for creating a new, pioneering function that fuses Generative AI (GenAI), photography, and quantitative experimentation to optimize how listings and events are presented on our platform. This role plays a crucial role in enhancing fan engagement and conversion by systematically deploying AI-driven imagery. The ideal candidate will be a builder who demonstrates key competencies in GenAI fluency, quantitative experimentation, and scalable system design to drive measurable business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Image Strategy & Execution: Design, own, and execute end-to-end workflows for generating and testing listing, event, and in-app imagery using advanced GenAI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Sora).
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Own the experimentation strategy, running controlled A/B tests to measure and validate conversion and revenue lifts from different image sources, qualities, styles, and layouts.
  • System Operationalization: Architect and build scalable, repeatable processes that efficiently integrate human judgment with GenAI-based image creation and deployment to maximize ROI.
  • Fan-Centric Curation: Ensure all visuals resonate authentically with sports and music culture, enhancing the fan experience and building the company brand as a dynamic, fan-first marketplace.
  • Value Maximization: Continuously evaluate the cost and impact trade-offs between traditional photography, fully automated GenAI, and hybrid approaches to maximize visual impact and cost efficiency.

Key Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Generative AI Fluency: Deep, hands-on ability to use and troubleshoot cutting-edge GenAI image tools. Capacity to quickly learn and master new generative models and techniques.
  • Image Workflow Experience: Proficiency in photography or managing high-volume image workflows within a B2C marketplace or e-commerce environment.

Quantitative Skills

  • Quantitative Experimentation: Proficiency in designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests with statistical rigor. Must be data-driven and capable of translating experimental results into actionable visual strategy.

Leadership/Mindset

  • System Design & Scaling: The ability to move beyond one-off execution to design robust, repeatable, and scalable workflows and processes that leverage technology to minimize manual effort.
  • Pragmatic Ownership (Manager/Doer): Acts as a high-output individual contributor who is equally comfortable executing complex tasks and designing the system for eventual delegation or automation. Takes full ownership of visual impact and outcomes.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Creative & Fan Acumen: A strong eye for visual appeal and design, coupled with a deep, authentic understanding of fan psychology in the sports and music domains.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in a visual content, creative operations, or product role, specifically at a B2C marketplace, e-commerce company, or high-volume digital platform.
  • Other Requirements: Proven ability to operate and deliver measurable results using Generative AI image tools in a commercial setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Direct experience in a role focused on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or growth marketing where A/B testing imagery was the primary mechanism for driving results.
  • Experience: Photography interest and passion.

Performance Metrics

  • Conversion Uplift (Primary KPI): Achieve a measurable, statistically significant increase in event conversion rate and resultant total revenue attributable to GenAI imagery tested.
  • Visual Production Cost Savings: Demonstrate a reduction in cost per usable visual asset compared to traditional photography/manual creative methods.
  • Scalable Image Asset Velocity: Achieve a measured increase in the speed and volume of high-quality, deployable image assets (time-to-launch).
  • Visual Consistency & Quality Score: Successfully ensure a high percentage of critical listings have optimized, brand-aligned imagery, reducing instances of low-quality, inaccurate,  or missing visuals.

New Growth Lever Identification: Successfully pilot and quantify the impact of 1-2 new, strategic uses of imagery (e.g., personalized visuals, video generation) in the first year.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
