Garda Capital Partners (Garda) is a multi-billion dollar alternative investment firm with over 22 years of experience deploying relative value strategies across fixed income markets for institutional investors. Garda's primary offices are located in Wayzata, New York City, West Palm Beach, Geneva, Zug, Copenhagen, Singapore, and Scottsdale.

Garda is looking to hire a Business Management Recruiter to be a part of our Talent Strategy and Acquisition team based out of our New York office. This is a dynamic position offering opportunities to learn about and partner with many business management functions across the firm. The primary focus of the role will be talent research and market mapping, documentation, sourcing, pipeline building, and assessing and evaluating candidates.

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process to meet hiring goals, focusing on crafting and executing active sourcing strategies to identify talent for Garda’s near and long-term needs
  • Detailed documentation of active candidates and processes
  • Conduct behavioral interviews to closely evaluate candidates. Develop the ability to conduct technical interviews over time as well
  • Establish relationships with Team Leads, developing an understanding of their strategic priorities and hiring needs
  • Track and analyze relevant metrics to provide insights to senior leadership across the organization and within the Human Capital Management team
  • Represent Garda as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional, ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications & Desired Skills

  • 2-4 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, either at an agency or in house
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and ask thoughtful questions
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability and willingness to work unconventional hours as required by market dynamics
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, problem solving skills, superb organizational skills, sound judgment, and a client-focused approach
  • Embraces a shared drive to learn, improve, and achieve lasting impact as part of a high-energy team
  • Demonstrates curiosity and a desire to continuously learn, innovate, and improve
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, build strong working relationships, and adapt as priorities or market conditions evolve
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse applicant tracking system, Notion, and Microsoft Office a plus

This role is also eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, healthcare plan, 401(k) matching program, etc. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education.

Base Salary for this role is expected to be between:

$100,000 - $125,000 USD
