Senior Sales Recruiter (Health Tech)

We’re seeking a strategic and mission-driven Sr. Sales Recruiter to continually drive our meteoric growth. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring exceptional go-to-market talent for Garner as the crucial first impression for thousands of candidates, and delivering a stellar candidate experience throughout. Working with the Head of Talent, you will also partner together to analyze processes and ensure we’re constantly improving how we hire. What you’ll do:
- Drive full-cycle recruiting including sourcing capability and capacity to proactively build candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment of market-leading talent for Garner
- Influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and determine target profiles to set and drive sourcing strategies
- Partner with Head of Talent to define and execute plans to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the delivery of hiring goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), enabling meaningful reporting and data integrity
What you need to be successful:
- 4+ years of experience in sales recruiting and sourcing, with digital health employer benefits recruiting experience required
- Experience hiring talent in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a startup or high growth company
- Exceptional people skills and consultative approach to recruiting to foster deep relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong process designer, with the ability to execute operational process systematically with a keen eye for scaling
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to concurrently manage dozens of candidates across multiple requisitions without compromising the candidate experience

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $135,000 annually. Compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
