Director of FP&A

We’re looking for a Director of FP&A to build out our FP&A team and function. This role reports to the Head of Finance.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead, grow and optimize our strategic finance team with high degrees of analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration and a broad skill set combining finance, data, and strategy
- Collaborate with company and functional leadership to analyze complex business decisions and provide thought partnership through a financial lens
- Create and operate key financial forecasting tools and operating models, partnering with teams across the business to maximize predictability
- Develop, deliver, and maintain insightful reporting on KPIs, growth trends and operational metrics to key internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the financial planning and budgeting lifecycle, working to shape the financial trajectory of the business and connect operating goals to financial targets
- Identify and execute opportunities to maximize ROI throughout the organization and drive sustainable growth
- Implement new processes, tools, and systems to improve forecasting and reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Managing, developing, motivating and retaining a high-performance FP&A team
Ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
- Total 8-10+ years of finance experience and 2+ years of management experience
- Proven experience in managing day-to-day financial operations and systems
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership skills, with a strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
- A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
- Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment

The target salary range for this position is: $170,000 - 210,000 . Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
