Recruiting Manager, Technical (Contract)

About the role:
We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter to support our meteoric growth. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring exceptional engineering talent for Garner as the crucial first impression for candidates, and delivering a stellar candidate experience throughout.
This position is fully remote.
What you will do:
- Drive sourcing capability and capacity to proactively build candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment of market-leading talent for Garner
- Influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and determine target profiles to set and drive sourcing strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), enabling meaningful reporting and data integrity
What you will bring to the team:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordination
- Experience hiring talent in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a startup or digital health company
- Exceptional people skills and consultative approach to recruiting to foster deep relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Passion for diversity and inclusion recruiting and a desire to be a part of our mission to change the future of the U.S. healthcare system
Compensation Transparency:
