Performance Marketing Manager

New York, NY

Garner’s mission is to transform the healthcare economy, delivering high-quality and affordable care for all.

We are fundamentally reimagining how healthcare works in the U.S. by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare benefits using clear incentives and powerful, data-driven insights. Our approach guides employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care, creating a system that works better for everyone. Patients achieve better health outcomes, employers spend healthcare dollars more effectively, and physicians are rewarded for delivering exceptional care rather than performing more procedures.

Garner is one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in the country. Our products are trusted by the most sophisticated employers and providers in the industry, and we are building a team of talented, mission-driven individuals who are motivated to make a meaningful impact on healthcare at scale.

About the role:

We are seeking an exceptional Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. This role will report to the VP of Demand Generation.

The Performance Marketing Manager will serve as the architect of our paid distribution engine. This is a technical, hands-on role for a self-directed builder responsible for designing, experimenting with, and scaling a diverse portfolio of paid channels to reach enterprise buyers and channel partners. Your goal is to establish a repeatable, high-impact engine to acquire new prospects that ultimately deliver qualified pipeline.

Where you will work:

This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

What you will do:

  • Multi-Channel Distribution: Build, experiment with, and scale a multi-channel paid mix—including paid social, paid search, PPC, programmatic, content syndication, and sponsorships. Capture high-intent audiences and drive growth through strategic channel selection
  • ABM Strategy Integration: Partner closely with the ABM Director to translate account-based strategies into technical targeting. Ensure paid distribution is synchronized with enterprise account priorities to reach the right buying committees with minimal waste
  • Agile Experimentation: Design and lead a framework to identify and pilot new channels and platforms. Find high-conversion opportunities before scaling investment based on data-backed performance
  • Full-Funnel Analysis: Maintain a rigorous cadence of tracking and reporting across all paid channels. Monitor metrics from the top of the funnel (CPC, CPM, CPL) through to qualified pipeline, identifying trends to optimize channel velocity and ROI
  • Creative Testing: Brief and collaborate with in-house and external creative partners. Run continuous A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates

The ideal candidate has:

  • Performance Marketing Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing, with a proven track record of building and scaling paid channels from the ground up
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in managing self-serve ad platforms—specifically LinkedIn and Google Ads—and a deep understanding of digital tracking, pixels, and attribution
  • Analytical Rigor: A data-driven mindset with the ability to distill complex performance data into actionable growth strategies
  • Collaborative Agility: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments through cross-functional alignment
  • Mission-Driven Focus: A genuine passion for fixing the American healthcare system through data-driven transparency
  • High-Agency Accountability: A bias for action, operating with intense urgency, a strong sense of ownership, and a commitment to authentic, direct feedback
  • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.

Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Compensation Transparency:

The base salary range for this position is $96,000 - $135,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.
