About the role:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Data Product Manager to join Garner. This role will focus on building the data and insights products that power how Garner delivers value to clients.

Garner sits on top of one of the richest healthcare datasets in the industry, spanning provider quality signals, healthcare claims, and member outcomes. This role will shape how we transform that data into scalable products and insights that help clients make better decisions and better understand the value Garner delivers.

As the lead product manager, you will define the data concepts, reporting, and insights we deliver, collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists, and partner with senior internal and external stakeholders to ensure our data products drive meaningful outcomes.

Where you will work:

This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 

What you will do:

• Work with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand key questions and translate them into scalable data and insights products
• Partner with data engineers, data analysts, data scientists, and other product managers to design, develop, and refine the products and insights we deliver
• Define and evolve the core metrics, methodologies, and frameworks that power our reporting and analytics capabilities
• Build high-quality QA, validation, and delivery processes to ensure the reliability and trustworthiness of our data
• Help shape the roadmap and strategy for Garner’s data and insights products as we scale

What you will bring to the team:

• 5+ years of product management, data science leadership, or technical strategy experience 
• Exceptional analytical and statistical problem solving
• Experience managing a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in healthcare technology or data products (preferred)
• A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
• Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment

Compensation Transparency:

The target salary range for this position is $200,000 - $240,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
