About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Implementation Project Manager to join our Implementation Team. This role will report to the Director, Implementation. This role will be responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle, from project initiation through completion, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations. This role requires project management expertise, and the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Where you will work:
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
What you will do:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of mid-market to enterprise sized clients.
- Create and maintain project plans, ensuring all tasks are completed within the defined timelines.
- Lead client facing presentations, delivering clear and concise updates on project progress.
- Collaborate closely with clients to capture and document their requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business needs, and effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
- Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Account Management, and Integrations, to ensure a smooth implementation process and uphold client satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their primary contact throughout the implementation process.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services. Provide in-depth assistance to clients, educating them on features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Provide training and support resources to ensure clients can effectively maximize the benefits of the implemented solutions.
The ideal candidate has:
- 3+ years experience leading client-facing implementation projects, preferably within the health insurance, employer health benefits, or health tech industries
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Led multiple projects concurrently and drove them to achieve successful implementations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at leading client facing presentations and building trusted relationships with both clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive and responsive approach to resolving client issues.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, Slack, G Suite, Asana/Smartsheet, and others.
- Knowledge of medical claims processing and/or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus.
- A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success

Compensation Transparency:
The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
