Sr. HR Business Partner

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with senior business leaders and HR colleagues, working together to align our human resources strategy with our business goals. You'll act as a coach, strategic consultant, and advocate, tackling complex HR challenges and championing initiatives that empower our people and fuel our company's growth.

Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, you’ll collaborate with various functional departments to address key organizational challenges, such as culture transformation, change management, team dynamics, and leadership development. Your deep understanding of our business strategies and talent needs will allow you to seamlessly integrate HR initiatives into our culture, ensuring that we continue to grow and succeed together.
Additional Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering: Serves as the dedicated HR advisor to leaders, providing guidance on complex HR issues, organizational development, and leadership strategies.
- Leads Strategic HR Initiatives: Takes ownership of high-impact HR projects and initiatives, aligning them with the organization’s strategic goals and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with partners in HR and other departments to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manages Employee Relations Matters: Handles employee relations cases, including investigations, conflict resolution, and legal compliance, ensuring alignment with company policies and employment laws. Delivers creative and effective solutions to resolve intricate and sensitive matters.
- Program Management: Leads HR-related projects, ensuring efficient implementation and successful outcomes that align with overall HR programs, including performance management.
- Risk Mitigation: Mitigates company risk by maintaining in-depth understanding of legal requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilizes advanced HR analytics and metrics to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and provide strategic insights to guide decision-making at the executive level.
- Cultural Stewardship: Shows exceptional ability to lead and inspire others through periods of organizational change/growth, maintaining morale, driving alignment with the organization’s strategic direction, and maintaining a high level of inclusion and engagement.
- Drives Organizational Change Management: Leads change management efforts for organizational initiatives, including restructuring, culture transformation, and workforce planning, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.
Experience
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of HRBP experience; 10+ years of HR experience
- This role is based in either our Atlanta, Georgia or Gainesville, Florida office, with a requirement to be onsite Tuesday and Wednesday of each week, and as needed to support business needs.
- Skills: Strong relationship management, business acumen, financial literacy, data analysis, and the ability to understand and articulate business strategies.
- HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, organizational design, coaching, recruitment, and employment law.

- Personal Attributes: High emotional intelligence, impeccable integrity, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and experience with HRMS platforms such as UKG is preferred.
- Certification: SHRM and/or HRCI Certification

Atlanta, GA or Gainesville, FL, Hybrid 2 days in office
Travel Requirements
Required to travel between offices as needed with a minimum of quarterly.
Physical Requirements
Sitting: Extended periods of sitting at a desk or workstation while performing computer-based tasks, conducting meetings, and collaborating with colleagues.
Standing and Walking: Occasional standing and walking within the office environment, such as when attending meetings or visiting different departments
Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying materials, files, or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds, such as when organizing documents or setting up for meetings.
Pay range is commensurate with education, experience, specialized skills or certifications, etc.

$96,182 - $107,498 USD
