Job Responsibilities

  • The intern would have the opportunity to support a variety of strategic and operational HR initiatives, including:
  • Analyze workforce, engagement, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, onboarding, and learning initiatives.
  • Research best practices and contribute to programs that strengthen employee development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist with process improvement efforts, policy reviews, HR technology initiatives, and special projects.
  • Complete a capstone project that addresses a current business or HR challenge
  • Present recommendations and findings to HR leadership at the conclusion of the internship

Pay range is commensurate with education, experience, specialized skills or certifications, etc.

Gas South Base Pay Range

$18 - $22 USD
