What Your Days Will Look Like

• Welcoming patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
• Helping patients confidently understand treatment plans, insurance, and next steps
• Coordinating schedules to create a smooth and positive patient experience
• Processing insurance claims and managing patient accounts accurately
• Supporting both patients and the clinical team every step of the way
• Creating an atmosphere where patients feel comfortable, valued, and cared for

Ideal candidates will have:

• Dental adminstrative experience is REQUIRED; candidates who have relevant dental experience will be contacted.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• A dependable, team-oriented mindset
