Remote

About Us

Gather is building the all-in-one work communication tool - think of it as a Zoom and Slack replacement, with a culture layer that can’t be matched by any remote work tool on the market. We’re uniquely positioned in this space, hosting tens of thousands of users and over one million hours of conversation each week. Our customers range from Fortune 500 companies to startups, across a wide variety of industries. We have unprecedented access to rich data across communication, collaboration, and work processes, as well as the resources to truly understand how work is done.

Our mission is simple - make remote work fun, and foster collaboration and connection regardless of physical location.

Role Overview

Through word of mouth alone, Gather has spread to thousands of remote-first companies. Our customers are diverse across sizes, geographies, industries, and missions, making this a truly unique opportunity for a customer-facing member of our team.

We’re a small, scrappy team focused on building a sustainable business. That means every person on the team has an outsized impact on both our customers and our business!

We're looking for an eager early-career go-to-market (GTM) and operations professional who is excited to learn, take ownership, and wear multiple hats. This isn't a role where you'll only do sales or only customer success. You'll gain exposure across the entire customer journey, from demos and onboarding to billing, renewals, implementation, and operations.

While you will work closely with experienced cross-functional partners who will help you ramp up quickly, the ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on solving problems and taking initiative in a fast-paced startup environment. If you're curious, customer-focused, systems-minded, and excited to build your toolkit while making a meaningful impact, we'd love to connect!

Where You Will Make an Impact

  • Support customers throughout their journey, from initial onboarding to renewals and ongoing success.
  • Own and navigate the GTM tech stack including Hubspot, Stripe, and other internal admin tools.
  • Build your customer-facing skills by learning how to successfully conduct calls, live demonstrations, and implementation sessions.
  • Help investigate customer billing questions, subscription changes, invoices, and payment issues.
  • Ensure data accuracy across customer records and account details in our CRM, HubSpot.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering and Support to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer experience.
  • Capture customer insights to help shape our product and GTM strategy.
  • Provide high-impact support across operations, sales, customer support, documentation, and/or special projects.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience at a B2B SaaS or tech company in Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Revenue Operations, Support, and/or a similar customer-facing role
  • A strong bias for action and track record of following through on commitments from start to finish
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and familiarity with Stripe (or similar digital billing system)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick to learn, adopt, and master new systems and tools
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excitement for an evolving startup environment, where every day presents new opportunities
  • Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Fluency in Portuguese is a strong plus. Fluency in Spanish is also a plus but not required.

At Gather, compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $75,000 - $95,000 annually.

  • Competitive compensation including benefits and bonuses
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their dependents
  • 401k and matching program

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
