Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Full-Time
💰 Pay: $35 - $45/hour

Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients? At Geiss Med Hospice, we’re looking for a dedicated nurse to join our supportive, patient-centered team. About the Role:

You’ll provide top-notch care to patients in their homes or care facilities, supporting them with dignity, professionalism, and heart. As an LPN/LVN at Geiss Med Hospice, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our patients feel safe, respected, and comfortable during every stage of their care journey.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Advocate for patient rights and ensure high standards of care are consistently met
  • Complete documentation on the same day and submit to EMR within 24 hours
  • Conduct EOBs, gather necessary consents, and support a smooth intake process
  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants (as allowed by state regulations)
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and with care
  • Monitor and report patient responses to treatments and medications
  • Collaborate closely with the RN case manager or Clinical Services Manager
  • Stay informed and up-to-date through regular training and education

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active LPN/LVN license in the state
  • 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred (hospice or home health is a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
  • Fire safety certification (or willingness to complete it upon hire)
