Summary: Join our team as a Home Health Aide, providing compassionate and routine healthcare to patients in their homes or care facilities. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the comfort and well-being of elderly individuals, convalescents, and persons with disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing and dressing
- Administer medication and perform wound care as needed
- Educate family members on patient care techniques
Qualifications:
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
- Possess a positive and patient demeanor
Hourly range for posted region
$26 - $28 USD
