Summary: Join our team as a Home Health Aide, providing compassionate and routine healthcare to patients in their homes or care facilities. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the comfort and well-being of elderly individuals, convalescents, and persons with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
  • Monitor and report changes in patient health status
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing and dressing
  • Administer medication and perform wound care as needed
  • Educate family members on patient care techniques

Qualifications:

  • Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
  • Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
  • Possess a positive and patient demeanor

Hourly range for posted region

$26 - $28 USD
