Job Overview:
As a Product Manager for our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Products – On-demand HVAC and Submeter Billing, you'll take full ownership of a core product area—defining strategy, prioritizing features, and working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be the voice of the user, the champion of business value, and the glue between design, engineering, and stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Define and maintain a clear CRE Product roadmap aligned with company goals
- Conduct customer interviews, analyze data, and synthesize insights into actionable product decisions
- Write clear and concise requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering to build intuitive, high-quality experiences
- Partner with go-to-market teams to ensure successful launches and adoption
- Track and report on KPIs to evaluate product success and guide improvements
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment, Commercial Real Estate experience a big plus
- Proven ability to define and deliver successful products
- Strong customer empathy and experience with user research
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional, remote teams – this position will work closely with our offshore Engineering and Product teams in India, as well as with stakeholders in the US
- Data-informed mindset; comfortable with tools like SQL, Looker, or Mixpanel (or willingness to learn)
- Comfortable with tools like Pendo, Figma, Jira, Product Board, Monday.com or similar design and product development tools
- Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone (EST) hours (for as much crossover as possible with our offshore team); preference given to candidates based in Atlanta, or on the East Coast
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship will be provided)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup

- Technical background or familiarity with APIs, databases, or cloud services

Estimated Salary Range: $130-170K
