Job Summary:
The Commissioning Software Manager is responsible for providing direct client software administrative and management support for commissioning software. This role ensures the accurate management and monitoring of commissioning services by ensuring accurate data management and overseeing documentation. The Commissioning Software Managers expertise will be crucial in optimizing commissioning processes and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Commissioning Application Management
- Upload and edit equipment data to ensure accurate and up to date information.
- Administer and manage commission software applications, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of commissioning software into project workflows.
- Identify opportunities to optimize CxAlloy configurations, customize applications and workflows to meet project requirements.
Data Management
- Upload, edit, and maintain equipment data within the commissioning software.
- Conduct regular reviews and implement corrections to resolve entry errors.
Documentation Oversight
- Oversee the review and upload of documentation to minimize common errors and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and update SOPs for consistent workflows across projects.
Reporting
- Assemble and generate various reports for weekly commissioning meetings and projects reviews.
- Prepare and review weekly commissioning issues reports, providing input on ongoing issues.
- Facilitate post-projects reviews and capture lessons learned to enhance future implementations and improve the commissioning processes.
Training and Support
- Develop and distribute training materials, conduct group and individual training sessions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, troubleshooting software-related issues.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in commissioning software.
Attributes/Abilities:
- Must have a satisfactory background/MVR check.
- Must pass a pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and/or random drug test.
- High proficiency in commissioning software, especially CxAlloy, with the ability to customize applications and workflows to meet project needs.
- Strong organizational skills and proven experience in managing large projects.
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating data, identifying errors, and generating detailed reports.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and develop effective presentations.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Services, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in commissioning software administration or a similar role.
Physical Requirements:
- This is an office desk position with no significant physical exertion required.
