Position Summary
We are seeking a Vice President to join our Investor Relations team in our New York office. Reporting to the Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Development, this highly visible role will lead critical investor engagement initiatives, drive strategic communications, and serve as a key liaison with senior management.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with institutional investors, research analysts, and other key stakeholders
- Develop compelling investor presentations and comprehensive written materials for current and prospective investors
- Oversee the preparation of detailed financial analyses and models to support strategic messaging
- Craft talking points and financial reports for senior leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and messaging
- Collaborate with Corporate Development, FP&A, Legal, and other internal teams
- Provide strategic input on capital markets activities, fundraising efforts, and other initiatives led by the CFO and senior management team
Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant work experience in equity research or investment banking
- Proven experience building and presenting financial models and investor materials
- Superior analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complex financial information into clear, compelling messages
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial data platforms
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing projects in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; mature, diplomatic, and comfortable interacting with senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders
- Highly motivated, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

General Atlantic offers a robust reward program to all employees that will support you and your family, maintaining fulfilling, secure and healthy lives now and into the future, which includes but is not limited to medical insurance, retirement savings contributions, mental and physical health resources and an equal pay program that allows you to earn a base salary of $225,000 – 325,000 of which the exact amount offered will be driven by the degree to which you meet role requirements, additional special skills and experience. Additional reward programs, such as annual discretionary bonuses and long-term incentive programs, are available for eligible employees and are offered as recognition for performance and one’s contributions towards the organization’s success.
