Position Summary
General Atlantic is looking to hire a Product Analyst to join the Information Technology Team in our New York office. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Project/Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point with stakeholders to capture enhancement requests and actively manage a prioritized request backlog
- Serve as primary communication point to stakeholders to communicate new functionality, releases and perform training, where required
- Provide end user support and assist in diagnosis of issues to determine root cause and document bugs, where identified
- Create and manage user stories, tasks, and BRDs in Jira
- Assist with Scrum Management cycles and backlog grooming
- Maintain up-to-date product documentation
- Coordinate closely with product vendors and developers (internal and external) on deployment of enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades
- Plan user testing scenarios and manage user testing with stakeholders
- Provide end user training
- Monitor product analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in client-facing digital experience/technology; financial services preferred
- Strong judgement is critical; ability to work well under pressure without compromising quality
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Experience with product management, business analysis and software development practices using tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written documentation (including specifications, process flows, etc.)
- Highly motivated, inquisitive, and positive can-do attitude
- Highly collaborative and enjoys working in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a high-performing global organization

General Atlantic offers a robust reward program to all employees that will support you and your family, maintaining fulfilling, secure and healthy lives now and into the future, which includes but is not limited to medical insurance, retirement savings contributions, mental and physical health resources and an equal pay program that allows you to earn a base salary of $120,000 - 160,000 USD of which the exact amount offered will be driven by the degree to which you meet role requirements, additional special skills and experience.
