About the Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering a high-quality hiring process and seamless candidate experience. You will manage interview logistics, onsite interviews, and general support of recruiting and hiring teams. You will also have the opportunity to support university recruiting initiatives, sourcing efforts, and more. This is a highly dynamic role requiring the ability to adapt quickly, balance multiple competing priorities, and collaborating closely with teams. The ideal candidate is someone who is keenly detailed-oriented, proactive in getting information needed, and is passionate about delivering a world-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of phone, virtual and onsite interviews, including travel coordination, with efficiency and accuracy.
- Deliver an excellent and consistent candidate experience throughout the candidate life cycle.
- Coordinate candidate travel and process candidate reimbursements for travel and related expenses.
- Manage onsite candidate visits to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional experience.
- Assist recruiting team in various tasks, including applicant tracking system maintenance, process improvement projects, university recruiting coordination, and sourcing.
- Support People and Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting coordination experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiting coordination in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) tools.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Extremely organized and comfortable with frequent prioritization in dynamic environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; comfortable and professional in representing the company to candidates across all levels and functions.
- Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to multi-task and operate with little direction while still being an active team member.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
- This position is based in Los Angeles, and requires being onsite full-time – hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $28.00-$40.00 hourly.
Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
