Test Specialist:
As a Test Specialist, you will be responsible for building and executing test setups with test engineers for both prototype and production systems. You will configure hardware, manage documentation, and ensure test data integrity. You will be hands-on with instrumentation and collaborate closely with engineers to maintain smooth test operations. This is an exciting role in a fast-paced startup environment with a team dedicated to bringing enrichment back to US soil.
Responsibilities:
- Set up test fixtures, connect instruments, and prepare hardware for scheduled test runs.
- Execute test scripts under supervision and record results accurately.
- Organize and maintain test documentation, logs, and equipment calibration records.
- Assist in troubleshooting and handle component swaps or fixture adjustments.
- Clean and maintain the test lab, ensuring safety and readiness for future testing.
- Support inventory tracking, calibration, and requisition of test supplies and spares.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 2+ years experience in test setups or technician support roles.
- Familiarity with instrumentation like multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of test safety procedures and EHS standards.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Mechanical skilsl, including hands-on troubleshooting and assembly.
- Able to read blueprints and complete basic shop math.
- Able to work independently and problem-solve efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well on a team.
- Willingness to provide constructive feedback to the engineering and production teams to improve tooling designs, processes, and parts.
- Able to stay organized with strong attention to detail.
- Basic scripting or automation familiarity (Python, LabVIEW).
- Experience managing test inventory or supplies.
Additional Requirements:
- Physical effort including standing, lifting, and carrying equipment up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Must be able to work all required shift hours, overtime and/or weekends as needed

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay range:
Technician /Level 1: $27.00 - $34.50/hour
Technician /Level 2: $34.00 - $44.00/hour
Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
