About the Role:
As a Electrical Technician, you will support design validation, prototyping, and production efforts of microelectronics, electrical panels, actuators, and power system assemblies. You will assist with first builds, development testing, production trials, and rework/repair of critical instrumentation, control, and powertrain assemblies. This is an exciting role in a fast-paced startup environment with a team dedicated to bringing enrichment back to US soil.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble high-quality and reliable wire harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Read, interpret, and work from drawings and controlled documentation and processes.
- Perform verification of hardware, and document results in a clear, precise, and complete manner.
- Assist with the development of production processes for first-time production runs.
- Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot failures and issues derived from test data.
- Build and terminate AC power equipment up to 480VAC.
- Build electrical control panels to NFPA 79 & UL 508A standards.
- Solder and de-solder through-hole and SMT components.
- Support conformal coat, masking, epoxy application and coating.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalency certificate.
- Understanding of basic electronic theory.
- Experience in electrical troubleshooting.
- Skilled with mechanical hand tools.
- 2+ years of hands on work experience.
- Creative approach to problem solving, with willingness to learn and try new things.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, integration or mechanical assembly experience.
- Experience autonomously setting up and running tests and experiments.
- Maintaining rigorous attention to detail with outstanding work efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and drive to succeed.
Additional Requirements:
- Physical effort including standing, lifting, and carrying equipment up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Must be able to work all required shift hours, overtime and/or weekends as needed

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay range:
$25.00-$40.00/hour
Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
