Graduate Discretionary Trader

We are looking for entrepreneurial and highly motivated individuals interested in gaining hands-on trading experience through our mentorship program. As a Graduate Discretionary Trader in our program, you will have customized training and daily guidance from our most profitable discretionary traders to learn the intricacies of the futures markets and how to capitalize on them. At the end of the mentorship program, you will be able to successfully capture edge while leveraging our low latency proprietary platform and trading tools.

The Role:

  • Trade your own account within a global team of talented individual traders.
  • Entirely performance-based compensation through PNL share.
  • Leverage our state-of-the-art technology to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Identify, research, and exploit new trading opportunities.
  • Adopt a systematic and data-driven approach to trading.
  • Contribute ideas and participate in collaborative conversations around market fundamentals and events.
  • Work closely with the technology team to fully utilize and enhance our electronic trading systems.

  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated: Thrive on entirely performance-based compensation and in an environment with complete accountability. Success and failure is determined each day in the markets through results.
  • Grit: The ability to persist and perform through losses and setbacks is essential.

This role is based in our Chicago office, where the in-office experience for trader development, education, and mentorship programs is paramount.

Benefits and Compensation:

Base Salary Range: $36,000 - $42,000 +  Eligible for discretionary bonus based on percentage of trading PnL.

The final salary determination will be dependent on the successful candidate's skills, experience, education, and qualifications.
