Join our team as a Revenue Operations Specialist (Marketing) at Genio!

As Revenue Operations Specialist (Marketing), you'll optimize processes and systems, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue efficiency. Collaborating closely with our marketing team, you will work to achieve key OKRs and spearhead strategic projects.

You’ll work closely with our Revenue and Marketing teams, but to give you an idea of who you might meet throughout the process:

  • Luke - Senior RevOps Specialist - Dad to 2 boys who enjoys DIY, football, the gym and too much coffee.
  • Dan - Head of Operational Effectiveness - a father of three (two humans, one dog) with a passion for gaming and travelling
  • Tate - Head of Marketing - Canadian living in Manchester who enjoys travelling, walks, pottery, and thrifting for fun.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Meeting department and company goals: Develop and implement creative solutions, maintaining smooth operations, and providing a positive customer experience through systems and processes.
  • Be a systems expert: manage system administration, develop roadmaps and strategies for the best GTM tools, and make continuous improvements for workflow configurations.
  • Implementing strategic continuous improvement: Identify requirements, uncover inefficiencies, and propose ways to improve the marketing operations function, including technical system improvements and implementations.
  • Implement processes and workflows: Design, implement and maintain scalable processes and workflows that automate marketing campaigns, lead nurturing and data management, whilst working with internal stakeholders to improve team efficiency.
  • Maintain Marketing health: Define and enforce data governance standards, conduct regular data cleansing, and manage segmentation to support targeted campaigns. Build and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot or Tableau to provide the team with clear visibility into performance metrics (e.g., lead flow, conversion rates, campaign ROI).
  • Project Management: Act as the technical expert for our marketing campaigns. Set up and test campaigns in our marketing automation platform, manage A/B tests, and ensure tracking and attribution are correctly implemented.
  • Working Collaboratively: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on lead definitions, handoff processes, and data flows.
