About ProBio
ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service, ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China. It is also the first GMP manufacturing platform to provide in vitro transcription (IVT) template linearized plasmids for mRNA vaccines and has supported several mRNA vaccine global enterprises to obtain clinical approvals. In terms of viral vector service, \ProBio has a stable and high-yield viral vector platform.
Position Overview:
The HR Specialist position will support various HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation, while also spearheading recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent. This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance day-to-day HR operations with a strategic approach to recruiting.
Please note that this position is based onsite in Redmond, WA.
Responsibilities:
- Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
- Mediate conflicts and provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct employee interviews and analyze feedback for trends.
- Liaison between US HR and WA site to support HR projects and initiatives.
- Follow up onboarding/ offboarding process.
- Assist employees with HR related questions.
- Take ownership to open the requisition to start the recruitment process to manage entire talent acquisition cycle.
- Coordinate training sessions on HR-related topics for employees and managers.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment strategies
- Strong interpersonal communication skill with the ability to build relationship and handle sensitive issues with high degree of integrity.
- Self-motivator to solve problem and proactively approach HR and recruiting challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on both generalist and recruitment functions.
- Work at Redmond, WA Office location
- Travel required to NJ Headquarters for HR collaboration purposes, approximately 2-3 times per year.
