Position: Technical Service Manager (Bioethanol Enzymes)

Location: United States – Remote (30%+ travel)

The estimated salary range will be $85,000 - $115,000, based on experience level. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate account team to drive business growth by strengthening the service level to customer.

2. Develop technical solution/innovation for regional key account and distributors to address customer needs and support joint business growth

3. Create strong and differentiated value to key account and distributors to safeguard our existing business and solve complex technical issues

4. Engage customers, establish close and trust relationship as well as build access to customer’s operation team

5. Own the development and execution for the product upgrade, new solution identification and development and communication with customer technical team.

6. Close connect with different functions of Bestzyme, play an important role on competitor mapping, new product launch, ideation workshop etc. from the technical perspective

7. Join in some key projects initiated by RD and commercial team and play key role with technical perspective

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or Master’s degree in bio-engineering, Chemical engineering or relevant majors, be able to provide customer with technical supports in term of enzyme know- how, applications troubleshooting and engineering knowledge

2. Minimum of 5 years' working experience in technical service/ R&D/ in Enzyme business, or production operation in ethanol/Grain processing

3. Proven communication skills, can effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, across a multicultural organization.

4. Strong business mindset; Experienced or comfortable with working in matrix organization

5. Proficient with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
