UX Design Co-op (Summer/Fall 2025) Genuine | Boston, MA | Hybrid

Looking to dive deep into User Experience design at a creative, collaborative agency? Genuine is a Boston-based Digital Marketing Agency known for crafting exceptional digital experiences. We're searching for an enthusiastic, creative, and curious UX Co-op to join our growing User Experience team.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with UX designers, strategists, analysts, creatives, and developers to craft user-centered solutions.
  • Assist UX leads in crafting UX documentation, personas, journey maps, process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and functional annotations.
  • Participate actively in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings
  • Engage in user research initiatives, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations, accessibility audits, interviews, card sorting, and tree testing.
  • Engage in content strategy activities such as content audits, planning workshops, and prioritization
  • Translate research insights into actionable UX recommendations.
  • Support preparation of engaging client presentations and pitch research.

What You'll Bring:

  • Currently pursuing, or recently graduated with, a degree in UX/UI Design, HCI, Information Science or a related field.
  • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting and articulating design decisions.
  • Strong sense of accountability, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently but also proactively seek guidance and support.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn from every experience.

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience or coursework in user research or usability testing.
  • Familiarity with real-time collaboration tools like Miro
  • Experience with prototyping tools like Figma and exposure to design systems
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end development.
  • Interest in digital marketing and creative agency culture.

Additional Details:
