What you'll do:
As a Signature Account Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with strategic Geotab customers. By providing consultative business recommendations and data-driven insights, you’ll drive revenue and enhance customer engagement within the Geotab ecosystem. You’ll manage pilots, present findings to key stakeholders, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate value. Staying current on industry trends and Geotab products, you’ll offer input on new business opportunities and help support Geotab’s global strategic initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining positive client relationships will be key to your success.
How you'll make an impact

Develop strong, collaborative relationships with Signature customers to provide innovative, valuable business recommendations around large fleet best practices.

Drive revenue and unit sales through nurturing of existing strategic partnerships.

Educate and articulate the value of continual investment with data provided by Geotab and our partners.

Present insights and recommendations to strategic customers and internal stakeholders.

Utilize pilots to quantify the value created by engaging with the Geotab ecosystem.

Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews for all assigned customers.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Geotab products, marketplace products, and industry trends that impact assigned vertical.

Promote and raise the profile of the Geotab solution offering, ensuring that the company achieves positive brand equity and captures market/mind share.

Provide input on new business opportunities, competitive analysis, market trends, and business environment.

Support Geotab global strategic initiatives.
What you'll bring to the role
-
3+ years experience as an individual contributor in a consultative sales function.

3+ years experience in consulting, business operations, or program management.
-
Experience in technical sales.
-
Experience in the telematics industry is an asset.

Strong aptitude for understanding technical and business requirements.

Proven track record in developing new sales and accounts.

Able to anticipate and understand customer’s needs and provide viable solutions.

Exceptional skills in developing and maintaining client relationships.

A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve well-judged decisions.

Ability to translate technical solutions to meet customer requirements.

Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
