We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Specialist, with a passion for building strong relationships. With excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
What you'll do:
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for end customers and partners, managing their needs and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will handle inquiries via email and phone, own cases from start to resolution, and escalate issues as needed—all while fostering long-term customer loyalty.
How you'll make an impact
- Develop a deep understanding of the customers goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Address all incoming inquiries, ensuring resolution within set SLAs and a focus on continuous service excellence.
- Monitor customer health and identify improvement/engagement opportunities and potential risks
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and activities in a Salesforce.
- Navigate the organizational structures of individual sponsors to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with secondary contacts
- Communicate customer feedback and insights to internal teams to drive program direction and continuous improvements.
- Engage in regular communication and updates with internal stakeholders (Signature Account Advisor, PAM, leadership etc)
- Work with Partners as well as various vendors to address technical issues.
- Host or attend regularly scheduled meetings with partner and/or customer to review account status, issues, accomplishments etc.
What you'll bring to the role
- 1-3 years in customer service/support capacity.
- Relationship building skills, possessing a unique blend of customer-centric expertise, relationship-building skills, and a data-driven approach to driving customer success and loyalty.
- Problem-solving skills, to navigate complex organizations and advocate for customer's needs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers at all levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills to effectively tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
- Customer service skills, being passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business impact with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration to drive engagement, improvements and adaptability and resourcefulness in dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of HOS/ELD, preferred.
- Aptitude to prioritize tasks, manage one's own time efficiently and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of productivity and organization.

However, you are welcomed and encouraged to come into our beautiful, safe, clean offices as often as you like. When working from home, you are required to have a reliable internet connection with at least 50mb DL/10mb UL.
