What you'll do:
As a Sales Enablement Operations Specialist, your key area of responsibility will be serving as the operational backbone of our Sales Enablement function, ensuring the effective delivery of global enablement programs that drive sales success. You'll coordinate logistics for training and onboarding initiatives, manage enablement tools and systems, and track program effectiveness to ensure our sales teams have seamless access to the resources and knowledge they need to excel in the field.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating strategic enablement initiatives into tactical execution plans. You'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between strategy and implementation, maintaining operational excellence while supporting the ongoing development and success of Geotab's global sales organization through data-driven insights and continuous program optimization.
How you'll make an impact:

Establish and maintain Sales Enablement team playbooks and SOPs, documenting key processes for content management, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement to ensure consistent, scalable operations.

Actively manage service requests on the team's Kanban board, collaborating with Rev Gen leadership to prioritize tasks, track progress, and ensure SLAs are met.

Manage operational logistics for sales enablement programs, including sales onboarding, continuous learning sessions, and product training delivery.

Lead operational management of the sales tool portfolio, including administration, deployment, and governance to streamline workflows and boost seller efficiency.

Monitor sales dashboards and KPIs to track enablement program performance, including training completion rates, content engagement, and sales performance correlations.

Analyze data insights and reporting trends to provide actionable recommendations to leadership, measuring ROI of enablement initiatives and informing future program design.

Act as primary point of contact for sales team inquiries related to enablement programs, resources, processes, and tools.

Streamline training program delivery processes, including scheduling, communications, and feedback collection.

Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve operational workflows for sales processes and enablement functions.

Support Sales Enablement Managers with end-to-end project management of key initiatives, including new program rollouts and system implementations.

Manage tracking, prioritization, and status reporting of Sales Enablement deliverables for major product launches.
What you'll bring to the role:

3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Operations Management, or Sales Enablement.

Experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Operations role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company.

Proven ability to quickly learn new software and technologies in a constantly evolving tool ecosystem.

Excellent data analysis skills with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, functions).

Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

A process-driven mindset with a proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.

Experience managing operational initiatives within a project management framework such as Waterfall or Agile.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with vendor relations, including participation in the evaluation, procurement, or renewal process for software licenses considered an asset.
