What you'll do:
As a Partner Program Manager you will champion Geotab's Global Program and be responsible for driving program growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment within the global team, driving consistency with Geotab’s overall business objectives and maintaining efficient program progression. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Partner Program Manager owns program launches, manages program administration and reporting, and advocates for program improvements as well as alignment with the Global Team based on concise details and clear, data-driven updates. You will support the global team by bridging gaps across the sales process, contracting, deployment/implementation, and expansion.
How you'll make an impact:
- Identify new opportunities for program development and expansion.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to strengthen program alignment between internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement program initiatives to drive partner and ecosystem growth.
- Lead and manage program and project initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with overall partnership goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform program direction.
- Support internal stakeholders with deployment, contracting, and program execution.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and partner success.
- Provide regular updates on internal success, revenue achievements, global performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase partner revenue and market share.
- Continuously monitor and analyze program data to identify trends/challenges and proactively implement corrective actions
- Where applicable, help manage the localization of partner assets across languages, channels, and countries, coordinating with local teams throughout the process
- Serve as an advocate for the global program by ensuring continued success and driving revenue attainment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, support) to ensure alignment with partner program objectives.
What you'll bring to the role:
- 5+ years of experience in partner program management, channel management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner programs.
- Deep understanding of partner program best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in the technology industry, preferably in the IoT or telematics space, is a strong asset.

Geotab offers various perks and benefits and other compensation components that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary for this position would depend on a variety of factors such as but not specific to skills, qualifications, education and overall experience, including the location the applicant lives or intends to live while performing the job. This also includes equity with other team members and alignment with local market data. All offers of employment are contingent upon proof of eligibility to work and the individual's ability to pass a background check.

$107,000 - $140,000 USD
