SUMMARY:
Performing day-to-day administrative tasks to assist with the filing and scanning of daily field work.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED/RECEIVED:
Immediate Supervisor: Field Supervisor
Direct Supervisory Responsibility: None
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
- Collect paperwork from the “in” basket.
- Scan all paperwork into master file.
- Sort paperwork for manager review
- Track paperwork, supply manager with missing paperwork tracker.
- Give sorted paperwork to managers
- Filing returned paperwork into file cabinets.
- Create temp file from Master file for extraction.
- Extract files from temp file into job folders on server
- Delete / maintain temp files
- Maintain master scanned file by day
- Assisting in locating paperwork for final reports and billing
- Maintain concrete ticket file
- Upload Clark County Anchor reports
- Submit City of Las Vegas Anchor reports
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1+ year in administrative role or similar capacity highly preferred
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES):
- Good typing skills, attention to detail, and accurate data entry abilities
- Knowledge and ability to use computer applications and other office equipment
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Nitro, and basic computer functioning
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and follow directions
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in an organized manner
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSE
No required certifications or licenses.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Performing general physical activities related to the workplace such as talking, hearing, and seeing, especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important information quickly and accurately. Average hearing and conversational skills and the ability to properly receive information. Finger dexterity- the position uses repetitive movements of the wrists, fingers, and hands. Average visual abilities that allow one to inspect and prepare documents, manipulate tools, and operate office machinery. Position is highly sedentary and largely includes sitting, with occasional standing, walking, and bending over. May exert up to 10lbs occasionally.

$19.37 - $21.37 USD
