    • Set up and manage integrations between our core Marketing and Sales systems and complementary tools.
    • Balance short-term fixes with the design and implementation of scalable long-term solutions.

Campaign Management

    • Work with our global marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign programs are designed and executed effectively.
    • Manage our email calendar and inbound forms;  Build, test, and send emails, registration pages, and other campaign elements.
    • Monitor email deliverability and list hygiene to ensure optimal inbox placement and compliance with privacy regulations.
    • Ensure lead and contact data quality: cleaning, normalization, and imports
    • Assist with lead and contact database management, attributions, and proper tagging.
    • Optimize lead and account scoring, nurturing, and routing so leads are passed and prioritized appropriately.

Reporting / Analytics

    • Build and maintain the tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure for Demand Generation programs, ensuring accurate measurement, clean data flow between systems, and clear visibility into program effectiveness and ROI for stakeholders.
    • Build and update reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign results and drive for conversion/velocity.
    • Define measurements for Inbound/Outbound, Channels, Lead Source, etc.
    • Refine our Attribution model to optimize for motion and ROI.

Who you are:

  • You are a leader who thrives in high-energy environments and takes ownership of multiple initiatives.
  • You are an excellent communicator and use your communication skills to align a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • You are a problem solver with an affinity for understanding human behavior; you understand what motivates people and how to influence it through your role.
  • You are a data enthusiast with strong attention to detail and a great understanding of how to identify and resolve issues using data and related technologies.

What you will bring:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
