As the Senior FP&A Analyst, Lender you will take ownership of revenue forecasting and commercial analytics to support our largest business segment. You’ll manage the forecasting cycle (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and partner with Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, Analytics, and Accounting to ensure bookings, churn, and expansion insights translate into accurate financial outcomes.
In addition to forecasting, you’ll contribute to GTM capacity modeling, usage-based revenue analytics, and product monetization assessments. This is a high-impact role within the Finance team, where your analysis and insights will directly support leadership decision-making and help shape the financial foundation of a scaling SaaS company.

- Build and improve financial models in Planful (or similar tools) for bookings, billings, churn, and retention.
- Conduct cohort and trend analysis of revenue by segment, product, and channel to identify growth and retention drivers.
- Partner with Product and Pricing teams to evaluate monetization strategies, pricing changes, and financial impacts.
- Ensure forecasts align with internal policies and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
- Collaborate across Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to validate assumptions and align metrics with financial outcomes.
- Monitor and report SaaS KPIs (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, subscription vs usage).
- Prepare variance analysis and KPI dashboards for leadership, surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Contribute to scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses that support strategic initiatives and growth planning.
- Continuously seek process improvements, including adoption of automation and AI-driven forecasting tools.
