  • Enable customers to adopt additional products, workflows, or services within ~10 days of go-live
  • Proactively guide customers toward maximizing platform value
  • Partner with internal teams to accelerate expansion outcomes

  • Design implementation approach using standardized playbooks and persona-based models
  • Ensure configurations are scalable, consistent, and aligned to long-term success

Drive Cross-Functional Execution

  • Act as the single-threaded owner across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support
  • Align internal teams to deliver successful outcomes
  • Represent the voice of the customer in product and process decisions

Lead Client Engagement and Change Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation
  • Guide stakeholders through change management and adoption
  • Drive alignment, accountability, and decision-making across client teams

Leverage Automation and Scalable Systems

  • Operate within an AI-enabled implementation model that automates:

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and delivery models
  • Help scale a high-velocity, high-quality implementation organization

What Success Looks Like

Primary Metric

  • Time to second value (customer expansion after go-live)

Secondary Metrics

  • Time to go-live
  • Project health (on-time delivery and customer sentiment)
  • Clean foundation (minimal rework required for expansion)
  • Expansion opportunities identified within 10 days of go-live

Required Experience

  • 3–6+ years in SaaS implementation, management consulting, or customer-facing roles with ownership of customer outcomes (not just execution)
  • Proven ability to lead clients through ambiguous problem spaces and define solutions—not just execute predefined plans
  • Experience advising customers on business processes, workflows, or operational improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholder decisions, including senior and executive audiences
  • Track record of identifying and driving additional value, optimization, or expansion opportunities within customer engagements
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams
  • Ability to manage multiple complex engagements while maintaining high-quality outcomes and strong customer relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Experience

  • Background in management consulting, implementation consulting, or strategic customer success roles
  • Experience in lending, construction, real estate, or financial workflows
  • Experience owning or contributing to revenue expansion, upsell, or adoption metrics
  • Experience operating in high-growth or ambiguous environments
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, automation, or system-driven workflows

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
