Get Well is seeking a creative and user-focused UX Designer to shape intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences for patients, clinicians, and partners. You will play a critical role in translating complex healthcare workflows into simple, human-centered digital interactions. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, and engineering team, you will ensure our solutions not only meet functional needs but also delight users and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities
User Research & Insight
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns.
- Translate findings into actionable design insights that inform product direction.
- Collaborate with product managers to define personas, journeys, and use cases.
Design & Prototyping
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring concepts to life.
- Create designs keeping in mind the advancing needs of AI based applications
- Ensure designs balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Partner with engineering teams to validate designs and support implementation.
User Experience Excellence
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and simplicity in all designs.
- Maintain consistency across products through design systems, pattern libraries, and style guides.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from users, product owners, and stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Technical Product Owners to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Support product marketing and customer-facing teams with UX input for demos, collateral, and training materials.
- Collaborate with QA to ensure final implementations align with design intent.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 6–8 years of experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or Product Designer, preferably in healthtech or enterprise SaaS.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Skills:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, interaction design, and visual design skills while focusing on advanced AI application needs
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience conducting usability testing and applying findings to design iterations.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions.
- Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EHR systems, or regulated industries.
- Mindset: Empathy for users, collaborative spirit, and passion for improving healthcare experiences.
