Core Job Responsibilities

 Admissions Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to the school’s programs, ensuring every communication is handled with warmth, professionalism, and accuracy.
  • Manage parent communications across phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media, ensuring timely responses and high service standards.
  • Guide families to appropriate resources and schedule campus visits, tours, trials, and events, coordinating closely with campus teams to ensure a seamless on‑site experience.
  • Develop a strong understanding of parent concerns and frequently asked questions, sharing insights with Marketing to refine messaging and improve parent experience.

 

 Marketing

  • Maintain complete and accurate lead, visit, and conversion records in the CRM system.
  • Produce reports on funnel performance, forecasting, conversion rates, and parent feedback to support data‑driven decision making.
  • Analyse admissions trends to identify opportunities to enhance conversion and overall admissions performance.

Collaboration with Campus Leadership

  • Work closely with the Head of School to align admissions efforts with classroom capacity, staffing, and program requirements.
  • Coordinate with guides and teaching teams to schedule student trials, observations, and placements.
  • Provide leadership with insights on parent expectations, market trends, community preferences, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has: 

  • Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • 2–4 years of experience in admissions, customer service, hospitality, or sales
  • Experience in education or early childhood sector is an advantage
  • Warm, engaging interpersonal skills and strong presentation abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
