GHM has been honored with receiving a Michelin star eight years in a row for its restaurants Piora, Cote Korean Steakhouse & COTE Miami.
We are seeking team members to join our award winning hospitality team as Gracious Hospitality Management participates in this years’ 2026 US Open. GHM will be representing 3 different stalls @ Arthur Ashe, Food Village, and South Plaza. We are looking to hire hourly team members for the 3 week activation from 8/23-9/13.

SPECIAL NOTE:
- This is a seasonal, event-based position.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and extended hours during tournament dates.
- Must comply with all venue security and credentialing requirements.
Summary:
The Register & Bartender is responsible for managing guest transactions, beverage service, and order coordination with speed, accuracy, and professionalism during high-volume service at the US Open across Gracious Hospitality Management concepts including COQODAQ, Bar Chimera, and KimPOP.
This role oversees order entry, payment processing, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service, and guest-facing operational flow while supporting a seamless hospitality experience. Team members may be rotated between concepts and service areas based on operational needs and must be comfortable adapting to different menus, workflows, and service styles throughout the event.
The Register & Bartender represents GHM brands at the point of sale and plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, hospitality standards, and guest satisfaction.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Setup & Maintenance
- Assist with full front-of-house stall setup and breakdown before and after each service period.
- Set up POS system, cash drawers (if applicable), receipt paper, and payment terminals.
- Ensure beverage stations, refrigeration units, and display areas are fully stocked and organized.
- Pull, stock, and rotate stadium-approved beverages according to par levels.
- Conduct beginning and end-of-shift inventory counts for beverages and retail items.
- Monitor beverage and packaging inventory throughout service and communicate restocking needs proactively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the register area, beverage stations, and guest-facing counters.
- Follow all venue compliance procedures for cash handling and alcohol or beverage service (if applicable).
- Set up and break down bar station including beer taps, wine service, ice bins, garnish containers, and bar tools.
- Verify proper operation of draft systems and ensure kegs are properly tapped and pressurized.
- Stock beer, wine, canned beverages, and bar supplies to established par levels.
- Prepare and restock ice wells, cup lids, napkins, and bar accompaniments.
- Maintain clean and organized bar surface, refrigeration units, and under-bar storage.
- Monitor alcohol inventory and communicate low stock levels to management.
- Follow all venue compliance procedures for alcohol storage, handling, and security.
Service Duties
- Accurately enter guest orders into the POS system and process payments efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions with accountability and precision.
- Assemble and fulfill completed food orders for guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
- Pull and serve stadium beverages quickly and in accordance with venue guidelines.
- Coordinate clearly with kitchen team to manage ticket flow and minimize wait times.
- Maintain composure, hospitality, and professionalism during high-volume peak periods.
- Resolve basic guest inquiries or escalate concerns to the Shift Leader as needed.
- Reconcile transactions and complete end-of-shift reporting procedures.
- Assist with inventory tracking and ordering needs as directed by management.
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, and approved stadium alcoholic beverages in accordance with venue and state regulations.
- Check identification and verify legal drinking age in compliance with alcohol service laws.
- Accurately ring in alcoholic beverage orders through the POS system.
- Maintain proper pour standards and portion control at all times.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible beverage service.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout service.
- Close out bar tabs and reconcile beverage sales accurately at end of shift.
- Follow all US Open and venue-specific alcohol service guidelines and certification requirements.

- Uphold COQODAQ quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards at all times.
- Represent the brand professionally in both appearance and conduct.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and supervisors.
- Follow all US Open venue policies and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in high-volume quick service kitchen preferred.
- Experience working fry stations or high-output cooking equipment strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, high-heat environment.
- Strong team player; dependable and detail-oriented.
- ServSafe or Food Handler Certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Must be able to stand, move, and remain active for 8+ hour shifts.
