Marketing Designer & Content Creator
About Giftogram
At Giftogram, we believe every thank-you should feel personal. Our platform helps businesses recognize and reward employees, customers, and partners through meaningful, flexible gifts that give recipients the freedom to choose.
We support everything from employee appreciation and holiday gifting to customer incentives, research, and loyalty programs. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a hands-on creative who can help people discover, understand, and connect with what we do.
The Role
Giftogram is looking for a Marketing Designer & Content Creator to bring ideas to life across our website, campaigns, sales materials, social content, and video.
You’ll design and publish landing pages, create presentations and one-pagers, produce videos and ad creative, and turn customer stories and product capabilities into content people want to engage with. You should bring strong visual judgment, practical production skills, and an understanding of what makes creative perform.
You’ll report to our marketing leader, who will set priorities, campaign objectives, and business direction. You’ll contribute concepts, recommend creative approaches, and work directly in the tools to produce and publish finished work.
This is an individual contributor role with room to grow. It’s a good fit for someone who enjoys making things, experiments with new tools, learns from feedback and results, and takes pride in getting the details right.
What You’ll Own
- Design, build, and publish responsive landing pages and website updates using our CMS, existing brand standards, and reusable page components.
- Create sales presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and other materials that make Giftogram’s capabilities and customer stories clear and compelling.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, storyboards, and simple scripts for campaigns, product demonstrations, customer stories, and social content.
- Produce still images, short-form videos, animated ads, and creative variations for paid and organic channels.
- Handle straightforward video production, including screen recordings, simple footage capture, editing, captions, audio cleanup, branded graphics, and final exports.
- Turn webinars, customer interviews, product demonstrations, and existing content into useful assets across different formats.
- Use AI tools to explore concepts, create and edit visual content, accelerate production, and build repeatable workflows while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
- Apply our brand consistently and recommend practical improvements to layouts, imagery, templates, and visual presentation.
- Work with marketing to review creative performance and test different messages, hooks, formats, and calls to action.
- Build reusable templates, maintain organized asset libraries, and check finished work before publication, including mobile layouts, readability, links, and forms.
- Where projects call for it, help identify, brief, and coordinate freelance creators or customer contributors under marketing leadership’s direction.
- Communicate progress, incorporate feedback, and flag questions or dependencies early. Partner with marketing operations or developers when specialized support is needed.

- Our content makes Giftogram easier to understand and gives people a reason to pay attention and take the next step.
- Video becomes a consistent part of how we explain our product, share customer stories, and support campaigns.
- Creative improves through testing, feedback, and performance insights.
- Our brand remains cohesive across channels and formats.
- Templates, organized assets, and effective AI workflows make repeat projects faster without sacrificing quality.
