The Role

Our client is a medical-focused company that builds software designed to evolve and scale in vitro medical devices using Bluetooth, smartphone apps, and cloud technologies. At this time, they are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong experience with back-end and mobile development using C#/.NET and Flutter who can join their team.

-> This is a 6-month-long full-time (40 hrs./week) project with the possibility of extension up to 12 months <-

-> A 6-hour overlap with the Central Standard Time office hours is required <-

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for mobile platforms.
Develop, test, and maintain backend services using C# for seamless mobile application integration.
Implement and optimize Bluetooth communication for device-to-mobile interactions.
Work within a client product team to support maintenance and enhancements

Requirements:

Able to manage drive solutions to technical challenges including troubleshooting, developing solution options and issue resolution to completion
Experience in mobile app development with Flutter.
Backend development experience with C#.
Proficiency in Bluetooth device integration and communication protocols.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSocket communication, and backend architecture.
Experience with SQL or other database technologies.
Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) for backend deployment.
Familiarity with Agile development processes.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

Experience working in the medical device or biotech industries.
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance or other healthcare data regulations.
Knowledge of ISO standards related to medical devices.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
