The Role

Our client is a multinational specializing in automotive data and software. It provides technical information to support the professional servicing, maintenance, and repair of cars, light commercial vehicles, and motorcycles.

As a Compliance Agent, you will report up through the Sr. Partner Manager and will be responsible for the auditing of dealership websites for measurement of dealer & provider compliance with OEM standards. You must be able to pay strict attention to detail when auditing the assigned websites that allows for trusted measurement and trend analysis of the sites being audited by the Compliance Team Lead & Sr. Partner Manager.
 

Responsibilities

 

  • Understanding of automotive dealership websites and how to navigate them in regard to the requirements being audited.
  • Auditing of an estimated 37 website requirements across ~200+ website domains.
  • Auditing of ~5 Digital Retailing requirements across ~200+ website domains.
  • Ability to do additional ad-hoc audits as they are brought forward by leadership and the OEM.
  • Team player willing to assist with audits above and beyond their assigned count for the month.

 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Superb time management skills and detail oriented.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Highly dependable and able to work during typical “9 to 5” local time business hours. (Job hours are flexible but must be communicated if an ad-hoc change is needed for a temporary period of time).
  • Reliable high-speed Internet, a must.
  • A quiet work setting with minimal noise or disruption for accurate completion of assigned work.

What we offer

  • Remote, full-time (Up to 50h/week). Must be able to work ad-hoc. Overtime is available. 
  • Flexible hours, but must be able to work at least 4 hours overlapping with EST.
  • No-end-date, independent contractor agreement
  • Payment in USD, biweekly or monthly - your choice
