Contracts Specialist - Finance Team (Part-time)

The Role

Our client is one of the world's largest talent associations, dedicated to those who develop talent in organizations. With members that come from more than 120 countries and work in public and private organizations in every industry sector, our client is searching for talented, dynamic, and highly motivated individuals to join their ever-growing pool of virtual producers.

As a Contracts Specialist, you will assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure compliance with policies, while supporting contract filing, tracking, and communication with internal teams. You will also handle Enterprise customer registration and related inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Help draft standard customer, partner, and supplier contracts
  • Review contracts and ensure key terms and conditions comply with the client's policies 
  • Flag or escalate any potential issues or discrepancies 
  • Input relevant contract details into databases and tracking systems.
  • Ensure all required signatures and approvals are obtained and recorded 
  • Ensure proper filing of contracts in the client's contract management system 
  • Communicate with internal departments to clarify contract details
  • Assist with reporting on contract status and renewals as needed 
  • Provide support with Enterprise customer registration and all related Enterprise customer inquiries including completing new customer registration forms   

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders  
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees  
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized 
  • Highly responsive and agile in a fast-paced environment   
  • Ability to meet constant stream of deadlines and prioritize work effectively

  • Client Interview I (30 minutes)
  • Client Interview II (30 minutes)

What we offer

  • Remote, Part-time (20h/week). Flexible hours, but must be able to work close to EST
  • No-end-date, independent contractor agreement
  • Payment in USD, biweekly or monthly - your choice
